Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 100 lbs per pet | One-time non-refundable Pet Fee: $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets.
Monthly Pet Rent $20 for one pet, $40 for two pets

Breed Restrictions Apply: No aggressive breeds allowed, but are not limited to: Cane Corso, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pitbull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky and any mix of these breeds.

Resident needs to provide the following: Rabies vaccination records, pet breed vet record, photo of the pet, and a signed animal addendum, and associated pet fees paid.

We have a Pet Park and Pet Waste Stations.
